My security answers do not seem correct
If you wish to change the answers to your security questions, you can resolve this issue yourself. Once you log in with your User Name, click on the “My Profile” link under Account Maintenance. Once you are on the Account Profile page, scroll to the bottom and you will see a “Change Security Questions” link. Click that link and a page will display where you can change your security questions and answers.
