Step 1: Account Information

User Verification

To gain access to your personal account information, please provide the following information to verify your access.

* SSN

* Date of Birth

* Last Name

User Name

User Name must be 8 to 50 characters and contain only letters, numbers, and the following special characters: at sign, period, dash, underscore, exclamation, dollar sign, hash tag, asterisk, ampersand.

* User Name

Password

The following special characters are allowed: at sign, period, dash, underscore, exclamation, dollar sign, hash tag, asterisk, ampersand. Your Password cannot be the same as your User Name.

The USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 (Section 326) requires that the following notice be provided to you: 

Federal law requires that all applicants submit sufficient information to verify their identity. As part of our Customer Identification Program we may verify the information you provide us with national and governmental agencies. The principal purposes for collecting the requested information are to verify your identity, to determine your eligibility to receive a loan or a benefit on a loan, to permit the servicing of your loan(s), and, if it becomes necessary, to locate you and to collect on your loan(s). We also use this information to identify an account and to permit you to access your account information electronically.  The information we are required to maintain as part of servicing your loan includes, but is not limited to the following: 

1) Your full name
2) Your date of birth
3) Your permanent residence, and if different, your mailing address
4) Your social security number
5) Your phone number and email address. 
6) Federal law also permits us to request additional documentation, if needed, to verify your identity in connection with this application.

You agree to not share or disclose your password or secure access procedure with others.
